Accessing and Using Our Website
Last updated: October 2026
Fifthtools Tree Service wants fifthtools.world to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement sets out our approach to accessibility. It is a general template and does not serve as legal advice.
The Standard We Work Toward
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, a commonly used standard for website accessibility.
Making Pages Easier to Use
Our accessibility aims include:
- Clear headings with pages arranged in a sensible order
- Text alternatives for images that convey meaning
- Readable text with suitable color contrast
- Navigation and use through a keyboard alone
- Pages suited to phones, tablets and computers
- Plain wording that is easy to understand
- Clearly labeled fields in forms
Areas That May Need Attention
Some website features may not fully meet these standards yet. We may not control third-party content, including embedded tools. We periodically check the website and address issues we identify.
Another Way to Get Help
Difficulty using a page does not prevent you from seeking help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or write to contact@fifthtools.world so we can do our part to assist you.
Tell Us About a Barrier
Feedback helps us understand accessibility problems. Email contact@fifthtools.world with:
- The page or feature that was difficult to use
- What occurred and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
We will examine your message and aim to respond within a few business days.
Keeping Accessibility in View
Making the website accessible is continuing work. We will keep accessibility in mind during website updates and continue making improvements.
