Understand Our Role and Website Limits

Review this disclaimer before using fifthtools.world. It serves as a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Referrals Rather Than Property Work

Fifthtools Tree Service connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers through a referral and marketing service. We do not fell trees, remove fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. An independent provider performs any work at your property.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

A referral does not endorse a provider. We offer no warranty on work quality, timing, price, results or provider availability in your area at any particular time. Each provider is responsible for its licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Guidance Has Limits

Website content is general information, not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Trees and properties differ, so guidance suited to one yard may not fit another. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Understanding Price Ranges

Any costs shown are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Actual prices vary with the job, location, tree size, access and other conditions. Get a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Checking Your Policy

Insurance information here is general. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a loss. Your policy terms and insurer's decision determine coverage. Direct coverage questions to your insurer or agent.

Keep Clear of Hazards

Tree work and fallen trees may involve electrical lines, falling wood or damaged buildings. Avoid putting yourself in danger. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. Where life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Fifthtools Tree Service for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements.

Information May Contain Errors

We work to keep website information correct and current. However, we give no warranty of completeness or accuracy.
