How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners contacting Fifthtools Tree Service should have a fair and honest experience. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page describes the complaint process and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Bring to Us

You may raise a concern about:

  • Your experience reaching Fifthtools Tree Service by phone or another contact method
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider reached through our service

When the Concern Involves a Provider

Providers in our network operate independently. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work at your home, it usually makes sense to contact the provider first and keep a written record.

Please also tell us about the issue. Provider feedback helps support an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Fifthtools Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on that provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Write to contact@fifthtools.world with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or form you submitted, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if available
  • An explanation of the problem and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Your Message

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review the circumstances, which may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Look

If our response does not address your concern, reply and request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be another source of help for concerns involving licensed contractors.
